ISCUG Meet – 2008: Goals
SystemC is gaining significance day by day as a language for modeling and verification. SystemC has traced a long way
from it had been launched in 1999 and became a standard for enabling easy and speedy system models development
which can be used for architecture exploration, system modeling, performance modeling, pre-silicon software
development and verification.
The goal of India SystemC User group is to promote systemC in India and make it easy for industry to adopt it. The goal.
for ISCUG is to bring together experts, novices and engineers who want to adopt systemC and provide healthy forum for
discussion. ISCUG will also expose participants to the latest developments in SystemC and roadmap for SystemC going
further.
ISCUG is affiliated to Open SystemC Interconnect (OSCI) and is one of the five SystemC groups in the world. Other
groups are North America, Europe, Japan and Latin America.
